咽旁间隙肿瘤患者临床分析及围手术期护理

目的:探讨咽旁间隙肿瘤患者围手术期护理措施及临床效果。方法:回顾性分析了135例咽旁间隙肿瘤患者的临床资料,总结围手术期的护理经验。结果:135例病人经过术前、术后的精心护理,均痊愈出院,无严重并发症发生。结论:咽旁间隙有重要的血管、神经,此部位的手术风险较大,而精心、细致、周到的围手术期护理是手术成功的重要保证。

Clinical Analysis and Perioperative Nursing Care for the Patients with Parapharyngeal Space Tumors

Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing care and clinical effects on parapharyngeal space tumors.Methods: A retrospective review was carried out on 135 patients with parapharyngeal space tumors,summed up the perioperative nursing experiences. Results:With the meticulous nursing care before and after the operation,all patients were fully recovered from the illness without the serious complications and successfully discharged from the hospital.Conclusions:Many vital structures involved in parapharyngeal space,the operative risk on the site was high,but careful and considerate nursing care was important guarantee for succeed operation.
