| 摘 要： | 手术分级与病例分型管理相结合能够科学、客观地反映医院实际诊疗水平和救治能力，合理评价工作绩效，极大地提升医院的医疗质量和管理水平，对医院的可持续发展和社会效益的提升具有重要的影响。通过实施手术分级和病例分型管理．提高医院收治病种的含金量，引导医院保持正确发展方向。合理调配医疗资源，使分级医疗落到实处。
