| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定天麻头痛片中阿魏酸含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸（20:80）为流动相,检测波长316nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.00961～0.07688μg线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为96.9%（n=5）,RSD为1.8%。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于天麻头痛片中阿魏酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish RP-HPLC for determining the content of ferullic acid in Tianmatoutong Tablet.Methods:An RPHPLC method was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follow:Diamonsil C18 column and acetonitrile-0.1%glacial acetic acid （20:80） as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 316nm.Results:The recovery range of ferullic acid was 0.00961～0.07688μg,r=0.9996.The average recovery rate was 96.9%and RSD was 1.8%.Conclusions:The method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability,and can be used for determination of ferullic acid in Tianmatoutong Tablet. |
