| Abstract: | Through the investigation about the personnel status quo in medical records room in 36 general hospitals of 6 cities in Heilongjiang Province,the status quo and problems of medical record room personnel are understood and clarified to propose the corresponding improving measures and to provide references for the rational development of staff structure for the rational development of medical record room. |
