| 摘 要： | 目的了解陕西省县级及以上医疗机构医务人员的工作状况及存在问题,提出改善医务人员工作环境的政策建议。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取1 650名医务人员并进行问卷调查。结果医务人员整体文化程度偏低,工作时间过长,月均收入偏低,执业环境状况有待改善。结论采用多种手段,提高医务人员整体文化水平,减少医务人员工作时间,增加医务人员月均收入,改善医务人员执业环境。
