| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定小儿早熟抗胶囊中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Eclipse-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷质量浓度在3.625～580.0μg/mL(r=1.000 0,n=7)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为97.91%,RSD=1.33%(n=9)。结论所建立的HPLC法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于小儿早熟抗胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Xiao＇er Zaoshoukang Capsule.Methods The Eclipse-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（12 ∶88）,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 238 nm.Results The good linear relationship for geniposide was in the ranges of 3.625-580.0 μg/mL（r=1.000 0,n=7）.The average recovery rate was 97.91%,RSD=1.33%（n=9）.Conclusion This HPLC method is simple,quick,rapids and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of xiao＇er zaoshukang capsule. |
