空肠食管吻合术治疗胃大部切除术后食管癌(附3例报告并文献复习)

目的:探讨胃大部切除术后食管癌的外科治疗方法和疗效。方法:对3例采用空肠食管吻合术治疗胃大部切除术后食管下段癌的临床资料和预后进行回顾性分析,并结合文献讨论残胃食管癌的外科疗效。结果:3例患者手术均顺利,术后无严重并发症发生,术后随访1年患者均存活。结论:空肠食管吻合术具有操作简单易行、取材方便、并发症少的优点,目前仍是治疗胃大部切除术后食管下端癌较为理想的手术方式。

Jejuna-esophageal Anastomosis in the Treatment of Post-subtotal Gastrectomy Lower Esophageal Carcinoma:Report of 3 Cases and Literature Review

Objective:To appraise the surgical treatment method and curative effects of post-subtotal gastrectomy sophagealcarcinoma. Methods:Clinical data and prognosis of jejuna-esophageal anastomosis treatment for post-subtotal gastrectomy lower esophageal carcinoma in 3 patients were respectively analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed,then discuss the effect of surgical treatment for esophageal carcinoma of remnant stomach.Results:The operation was carried out smoothly in 3 cases patients.No serious complications happended,Follow-up one year all patients were survival.Conclusion:At present Jejuna-esophageal anastomosis is still an ideal surgery method for post-subtotal gastrectomy lower esophageal carcinoma because of its advantsges such as simple,facilitating to drawn and low complications.
