| 摘 要： | 目的 研究参麦注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效.方法 将160例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为治疗组84例和对照组76例,在对照组一般治疗、保护心肌的基础上,治疗组加用参麦注射液、黄芪注射液联合治疗.结果治疗组的总有效率为89.29%,且疗效明显优于对照组(p＜0.05).结论参麦注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,值得临床推广.
