诺和锐30与诺和灵30R治疗初诊2型糖尿病疗效对比

目的:对比诺和锐30与诺和灵30R对初诊2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例初诊为2型糖尿病患者随机分为诺和锐30组(治疗组)与诺和灵30R组(对照组),每组30例。对照组应用诺和灵30R,治疗组患者用诺和锐30,采用每日早晚皮下注射的方案,治疗12W后观察其降糖效果和安全性。结果:治疗组餐后2h血糖(2hPG)及低血糖发生例数控制优于对照组(P<0.05),结果有显著性差异,两组HbA1c,胰岛素用量及其他不良事件差异无统计学意义。结论:诺和锐30对于初诊2型糖尿病患者可以有效控制血糖,低血糖发生率低,安全性及依从性好。

Comparison of Efficacy and Safety of Novolin 30R and Novomix 30 in the Treatment of Primary Diagnosed Type2 Diabetie Patients

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of novolin 30R and novoMix 30 in the treatment of Primary Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:60 patients with Primary Diagnosed type 2 DM were randomly assigned to the group who received novolin 30R twice per day,the group who received novomix 30 twice per day.After 12 weeks,observed the efficacy and safety.Results:Postprandial blood glucose levels and hypoglycemia incidences in Novomix 30 is better than novolin 30R.There was no significant difference about HbA1c,insulin usage and other adverse events among two groups.Conclusions:Novomix 30 decreased the blood glucose levels and Hypoglycemia incidences were low,Compared with novolin 30R,novomix 30 is an effective and safe regimen in treating Primary Diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
