齐拉西酮与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者心电图的影响

目的 探讨并比较齐拉西酮与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症对心电图的影响.方法 将85例精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮治疗(研究组)和氯丙嗪治疗(对照组),于入组时、治疗后第12周时检查心电图并进行相关分析.结果 齐拉西酮组心电图异常发生率21.95%,氟丙嗪组发生率为59.09%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);齐拉西酮组心电图异常的其他各项指标均低于氯丙嗪组;两组心电图异常的发生率随剂量增加而增多.结论 齐拉西酮对心电图影响小,心电图异常发生率低于氯丙嗪.

Effect of Ziprasidone and Chlorpromazine on Electrocardiogram of Schizophrenia Patients

Objective To explore the effects of ziprasidone and chlorpromazine on electrocardiogram(ECG)in treatment of schizophrenics.
