| 摘 要： | 目的建立参松养心胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温室温,检测波长240 nm。结果马钱苷质量浓度在0.95～95.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 2;平均回收率为99.07%,RSD=1.27%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the loganin content in Shengsongyangxin capsule to provide the basis for the quality control of the preparation.Methods The determination was performed on the Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（15 ∶85） and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the column temperature was the room temperature.Results The linear range of loganin was 0.95-95.0 μg/mL（r=0.999 2）.The average recovery rate was 99.07%,RSD=1.27%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity and good reproducibility,which can be used as the quality control method of Shengsongyangxin capsule. |
