| 摘 要： | 目的比较麻口皮子药中总黄酮的不同提取方法并进行含量测定,为地方药材资源的合理开发利用提供实验依据。方法以510 nm为检测波长测定吸光度,比较回流法提取、超声提取和浸渍法提取所得总黄酮的量。结果回流法提取所得总黄酮量较多,对照品溶液质量浓度在0.42～4.2μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程A=0.264 7C+0.032,r=0.999 0(n=6);平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论紫外分光光度法可用于麻口皮子药的质量控制。 |
