脑脉泰胶囊降低急性脑梗死病人血脂及超敏C反应蛋白水平的疗效观察

目的:探讨脑脉泰胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的疗效。方法:60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服脑脉泰胶囊2粒,每日3次,于治疗1月后测定两组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、hs-C反应蛋白浓度,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组经脑脉泰胶囊治疗1月后血清胆固醇、甘油三酶、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、hs-C反应蛋白浓度分别低于治疗前水平(P<0.05),并升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.05),血清hs-CRP测定值低于治疗前水平(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:脑脉泰胶囊能够从多种途径有效改善脑微循环、抗动脉硬化、降低血脂、稳定斑块及抗炎作用,可有效防治脑血管疾病。

Cerebral Veins Thai Capsule Reduce Blood Lipid and Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients with Hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein Level of Clinical Observation

Objective:Explore cerebral veins Thai capsule in acute cerebral infarction were blood fat,allergic c-reactive protein(hs) - the curative effect of CRP.Methods:60 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases,the treatment group in conventional treatment on the basis of add clothing brain pulse Thai capsule 2 grain,3 times a day in January after treatment,determination of two groups of serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,hs-c-reactive protein concentration,and compared with controls.Results:The treatment group by cerebral veins Thai capsule for January serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05),hs-c-reactive protein concentrations were lower than before treatment level and increase in HDL cholesterol(P<0.05),serum hs-CRP determination value below before treatment level(P<0.05),with a statistical significance.Conclusions:Cerebral veins Thai capsules can from many ways effectively improve brain microcirculation,resist arterioscle rosis,lowering blood fat,stable plaques and anti-inflammatory action,can effectively prevent and treat cardia-cerebrovascular disease.
