| 摘 要： | 目的:观察银杏达莫围手术期应用对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:2009年3月～2010年3月L4-5单节段椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为治疗组与实验组各30例,对疼痛及神经功能进行评价。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解程度及神经功能的恢复情况均优于对照组。结论:银杏达莫围手术期应用对腰椎间盘突出症有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of ginkgo biloba on the lumbar disc herniation during the perioperative period.Methods:We randomly divided the 60 patients who suffered single L4-5 disc herniation in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 into two groups: treatment group and experimental group.We evaluated the pain and neurological function of these two groups which contained 30 patients respectively.Results:The pain relief and recovery of neurological function in the treatment group are better than the control group.Conclusion: The ginkgo biloba has a good effect on the perioperative patients wo suffered lumbar disc herniation.. |
