C反应蛋白在急性胰腺炎中的诊断价值

目的 探讨C反应蛋白与急性胰腺炎(AP)的关系.方法 观察106例AP患者C反应蛋白及血尿淀粉酶的变化,比较三者与AP病情发展及预后关系.结果 AP时C反应蛋白及血尿淀粉酶均有明显升高,提示重症胰腺炎(SAP)时,C反应蛋白明显增高且与病情发展及预后成正比.结论 C反应蛋白大于150mg/L时对SAP有重要的诊断意义.

Evaluation of C-response protein in acute pancreatitis diagnosis

[Objective] To investigate the relationship between C-response protein (CRP) and acute pancreatitis.[Methods] CRP and amylase in blood and urinary were detected in 106 patients with AP and were analysed the relationship of AP progression and prognosis.[Results]The results revealed that the levels of CRP were significantly higher in pancreatitis diagnosis especially the severity of pancreatitis diagnosis, and were in directly proportion with the illness progression and prognosis.[Conclusion] CRP is very valu...
