利多卡因气雾剂在留置胃管中的临床应用研究

目的 寻求能有效减轻插胃管给病人带来的痛苦，提高一次插管成功率的方法。方法 随机将100例手术前需留置胃管的择期腹部手术病人分为两组，分别按常规方法插胃管和喷射利多卡因气雾刑后插胃管，比较两组病人血压、心率及一次插管成功率等指标。结果 两组患插管前后收缩压差、舒张压差、心率差及插管一次成功率均有显性差异，利多卡因喷雾组插管前后血压、心率变化不大，相对平稳;一次插管成功率高。结论 使用利多卡因气雾剂后插胃管，刺激反应小，病人的血液动力学受影响程度低，一次插管成功率高，对临床护理工作有积极意义。

Clinical Research on lidokaine aerosol in nasogastric intubation

Objective To seek an effective method to relieve the pains from nasogastric intubation and increase the success rate of one-time intubation. Methods 100 patients ready for abdominal operation were randomized evenly into two groups; the conventional intubation and intubation after superficial anesthesia by spraying lidocaine aerosol. Blood pressure, heart beat and success rate for one-time intubation were compared between the two groups before and after intubation. Results There were significant differences in all items between the two groups with nasogastric intubation after superficial anesthesia using lidocaine aerosol. Conclusion Application of facial anesthesia of lidocaine is characterized with less stimulus, less effects on the hemadynamics of patients and higher success rate at one-time intubation, which is good for clinical nursing.
