| 摘 要： | 目的 观察阿昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效。方法 对38例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿随机分为两组，观察组18例采用阿昔洛韦静脉滴注1～2周，同时给予退热等对症处理；对照组20例应用病毒唑治疗1～2周，对症处理同观察组。结果 观察组在退热时间（P〈0．01）、淋巴结消退时间（P〈0．01）、异型淋巴细胞消失时间（P〈0．05）与对照组相比均有显著差异，促进EB—VCA—IgM转阴率高于对照组。结论 阿昔洛韦是治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of acilovir on infectious monounclesis.Methods 38 cases of infectious mononucleosis were divided into two groups randomly,18 cases as test group,and 20 cases as control group.The test group were treated with acilovir iv drip,for 1-2 weeks.the control group virazole was given iv drip,for 1-2 weeks.The same symptomatically treatment was used in two groups.Results There was significant differences in the test group in shortening annealing time(t=4.2869,P<0.01),lymph node vanishing time(t=5.424,P<0.01),and a typical lymphocyte disappearing time(t=(2.571,)P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of EBV-VCA-IgM in the two groups was 100% and 70% respectively after 3 month,with significant difference.Conclusion Acilovir is effective for treating infectious mononucleosis. |
