| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析2005年1月-2008年12月共596例头孢菌素类抗生素临床应用状况,分析不良反应发生的原因,指导临床安全用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法对全年应用头孢菌素类抗生素的病例进行总结。结果头孢菌素类抗生素的不良反应与患者是否属于过敏体质、是否皮试、用药剂量、药物配伍、是否联合用药等诸多因素有关。结论要根据患者药代谢动力学特点合理用药,以确保头孢菌素类抗生素的安全用药。 |
