益气化瘀胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭80例疗效观察

目的观察益气化瘀胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将160例心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ级慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。2组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组80例加益气化瘀胶囊,对照组80例予安慰剂胶囊,2组均治疗2个月。统计临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后心功能分级变化及下肢水肿发生情况,检测左室射血分数(LVEF)正常率(LVEF>40%),进行血、尿、粪常规及肝、肾功能检查,观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率93.59%,对照组总有效率48.05%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后心功能分级、下肢水肿发生率及LVEF正常率与本组治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应。结论益气化瘀胶囊可明显慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者心功能,安全有效。

Curative effect evaluation of chronic systolic heart failure with Yiqi Huayu capsule

Objective To observe the effect of chronic systolic heart failure treated by Yiqi Huayu capsule. Methods 160 patients with cardiac function II, III grade chronic systolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were treated by conventional western medicine. 80 cases in treatment group re- ceived Yiqi Huayu capsule. Control group received placebo capsules. The therapeutic course was two months in two groups. Classification change of heart function and lower extremity edema were observed before and after treatment. Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, normal rate of LVEF （LVEF 〉 40% ）, blood, urine, stool,liver and kidney function tests and adverse drug reactions were detected and recorded. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.59% and 48.05% in control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of control group （P 〈0. O1 ）. Classification of heart function,lower extremity edema incidence rate and normal rate of LYEF after treatment were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment in two groups （P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Yiqi Huayu capsule can significantly improve cardiac function of patients with chronic systolic heart failure, safe and effective.
