摘    要:目的观察早期针刺联合康复训练对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能的影响。方法将163急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组82例予早期平阴补阳针刺法联合康复训练,对照组81例单纯予平阴补阳针刺法,2组均连续治疗4周。评定2组治疗前后欧洲卒中临床神经缺损(ESS)、简式Fugl-Meyer Assess-ment,FMA)评分及改良Barthel日常生活能力评定指数(BI)变化情况。结果 2组治疗后ESS、FMA及BI评分与本组治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论早期针刺联合康复训练可最大限度地促进急性脑梗死后患者神经功能的恢复,改善肢体功能,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 163 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group ( n = 81 ) were treated by acupuncture with Pingyin- buyang. 82 cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture with Pingyinbuyang combined with rehabilitation training. The course was four weeks in two groups. The scores of ESS, TMA and Barthel ability of daily living inde- xes (BI) were evaluated. Results The scores of ESS, TMA and BI after treatment were improved as those before treatment in two groups (P 〈 0.05). And treatment group increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can farthest promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve limb function, improve quality of life.
