潜阳熄风胶囊治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压60例疗效观察

目的观察潜阳熄风胶囊治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性,探讨原发性高血压与中医阴虚阳亢病机的相关性。方法将120例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例予潜阳熄风胶囊;对照组60例予贝那普利。2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察治疗前后血压及中医证候疗效情况。结果血压比较:2组治疗后血压值均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但2组治疗后血压值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);降压疗效:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率90.0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候疗效:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率68.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论潜阳熄风胶囊与贝那普利在降压疗效上相当,但是在改善中医证候方面优于贝那普利。阴虚阳亢病机是高血压形成的中医最基本病机。

Efficacy of Qianyangxifeng capsule for treating primary hypertension with yin deficiency and yang excess

Objective To observe clinical effect and safety of Qianyangxifeng capsule for treating primary hypertension with yin deficiency and yang excess, and explore the correlation of primary hypertension and yin defi- ciency and yang excess. Methods 120 cases of primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, treat- ment group. 60 cases in control group were given benazepril 10mg. 60 patients in treatment groups were treated by Qianyangxifeng capsule. The course was two months in two groups. Blood pressure and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Blood pressure comparison：, blood pressure after treatment decreased significantly as compared with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Hypotensive effect： the total effective rates of the antihypertensive efficacy in treatment group （93.3 % ） was similar to that in control group （90.0%, P 〉 0.05 ）. Improvement in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the total effective rate in the treatment group （91.7%） was higher than that in control group （68.3 %, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qianyangxifeng capsule and benazepril is equivalent on antihypertensive effects, but Qianyangxifeng capsule is superior to benazepril in the improvement in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. Pathogenesis of yin deficiency and yang excess is the most basic pathogenesis of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.
