| 摘 要： | 现代针灸主要包括刺灸、刺灸联合电刺激、单纯经皮电刺激、植入性电刺激,临床上还有艾灸、针压法、激光针灸和电磁波针灸等方法.现代针灸通过对下丘脑神经元及外周神经、胃肠激素和葡萄糖代谢途径等方面影响,减轻体重、调节空腹和餐后血糖,但其具体机制仍不明确.进一步探讨现代针灸学与糖尿病的关系及其作用机制,有助于发现新的糖尿病治疗方...

| Abstract: | Modern acupuncture mainly includes manual acupuncture,electroacupuncture,transcutaneous electrical acustimulation,implantable electric stimulation,moxibustion,acupressure,laser and magnetic acupuncture.Modern acupuncture can lose weight and regulate fasting and postprandial blood glucose,through affecting hypothalamic neuron and peripheral nervous,gastrointestinal hormone and glucose metabolism.But the specific mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,further study the relationship and mechanism between modem acupuncture and diabetes,may provide treatment for diabetes. |
