| 摘 要： | Chemerin是近年来新发现的一种趋化蛋白,主要通过招募表达ChemR23受体的免疫细胞,影响炎症的发生发展,可能在免疫应答中发挥重要的调控作用.研究表明,Chemerin在多种自身免疫性疾病、慢性炎症相关的肥胖与肿瘤中异常表达,提示Chemerin可能在炎症相关疾病的发生发展及防治中作为重要的分子标志和治疗靶点.

| Abstract: | Chemerin is a recently identified chemotactic protein that attracts ChemR23-expressing immune cells,such as dendritic cells(DCs) and macrophages,chemerin may also play a regulatory role in the inflammatory immune response.It has recently been shown that Chemerin is abnormally expressed in autoimmune diseases,chronic inflammation related obesity and cancer.Emerging evidence has suggested that Chemerin may be considered as a potential molecular biomarker and a potent therapeutic target in these diseases. |
