探讨对高脂血症患者进行健康教育的效果

目的 探讨对高脂血症患者进行健康教育的意义,改变患者的不良生活方式,掌握防治的方法,提高自我保健意识.方法在2008 ～2009年全区在职干部年度健康体检资料中,随机选取168例高脂血症患者实施连续性健康教育,比较教育前后对高脂血症的认知情况,1年后复查血脂.结果 健康教育后群体对高脂血症的认识程度明显提高,思想上引起了重视,并积极采取了预防措施.开展健康教育后,患者的空腹血清三酰甘油TG、胆固醇TC、低密度脂蛋白LDL -C均明显低于健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 健康教育有助于降低人群的高脂血症患病率.

The effect of health education on the patients with hyperlipemia

Objective To study the meaning of health education on the patients with hyperlipemia,in order to make them to change their harmful life - style,to master the methods of prevention and cure,to raise awareness of self- care.Methods In the healthy physical examination material of on -the -job cadre from 2008 to 2009,168 patients with hyperlipemia were selected and treated with continuous health education,the recognition about hyperlipidemia were compaurd between before and after education and blood fat were measured after one year.Results Those patients who accepted education elevated the recognition about hyperlipidemia obviously,thought highly of hyperlipidemia and took positive protective measures.The patients ’empty stomach blood serum triglyceride TG,cholesterol TC,low density lipoprotein LDL -C were significantly lower after the health education than those of before it (P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions Health education is helpful to reduce the incidence rate of hyperlipidemia.
