| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人的生活质量与抑郁症状发生的关系。方法2006年随机抽取西安市某社区60岁以上无抑郁症状的老年人93名,运用简明健康测量量表(SF-36)评定其生活质量;至2008年再次追踪随访,并用老年抑郁量表(geriatric depression scale,GDS)测评抑郁症状的发生情况。结果抑郁组老年人的基线生活质量总分明显低于非抑郁组(P<0.05),生活质量及其5个维度的得分与抑郁得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05);总体健康维度低分组发生抑郁症状的危险性是高分组的4.24倍。结论全面提高老年人的生活质量,尤其是加强健康自评,对预防抑郁症状的发生有积极作用。 |
