| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合痔切除术与传统Milligan-morgan（单纯外剥内扎术）术治疗混合痔合并重度内痔的疗效。方法PPH组44例行PPH术后,再对需要切除的痔核行痔切除术（试验组）,与常规的Mil-ligan-Morgan术治疗环状混合痔47例（传统组）进行对照观察。结果试验组在减轻术后疼痛及创缘水肿,缩短愈合时间,减少术中术后出血及避免肛门狭窄方面优于传统组（P〈0.01）。结论PPH结合痔切除术治疗混合痔合并重度内痔优于外剥内扎术,为PPH在临床上的应用拓宽了思路。
