舒血宁注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效观察

目的对比观察舒血宁与复方丹参治疗老年人脑梗死的临床效果。方法将80例老年脑梗死患者随机分为舒血宁注射液治疗组和复方丹参注射液对照组。对比两组治疗前后的血液流变学改变及疗效。结果治疗组患者血液流变学各指标在治疗前、后差异均有显著性意义,且两组患者治疗后血浆粘滞度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后14d疗效评定,治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率为67.3%,两组患者疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗老年脑梗死疗效比复方丹参更显著,且安全可靠。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Senile Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effects of shuxuening and compound dansen injection on elderly cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into shuxuening injection treatment group and compound danshen injection control group respectively. Compare the hemorrheology change and efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The changes before and after the treatment of hemorheology parameters were significiant in the treatment group, and two groups of patients after treatment of plasma viscosity, erythrocyte deformability index, erythrocyte aggregation index differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Evaluation of treatment efficacy after 14 days： the total effective rate in the treatment group was 85 percent, and the total effective rate in the control group was 67.3 percent, differences between two groups were significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening injection is more effective than compound dansen injection in the treatment of senile ischemic cerebrovascular disease, safe and reliable.
