剖宫产术后母乳喂养的护理

目的：探讨剖宫产术后的早期干预对母乳喂养的促进作用。方法：将300例产妇分为两组。自愿接受测试的150例作为实验组，通过采取穴位及乳房按摩刺激泌乳；缩短术后肛门排气时间、促进术后康复；加强哺乳指导等方法对术后产妇进行护理，并将哺乳情况与对照组进行比较。结果：实验组比对照组产妇泌初乳时间早，乳量多，肛门排气早。结论：对剖宫产术后产妇的早期干预活动，有利于产妇身体及早康复及提高产后早期母乳喂养的成功率。

NURSING OF BREASTFEEDING IN EARLY INTERVENTION AFTER CESAREAN SECTION

Objective Probe into the function of early intervention after cesarean section promoting breastfeeding. Methods 300 parturient were divided into two group s. The 150 parturient in experiment group, who accept testwillingly, adopted several nursing measures such as massage at acupuncture point and breast to stimulate lac- ta2tion, to shorten the time of anal exsuffiation after operation promoting rehabilitation, and strengthen the guidance of breast feeding. Their feeding conditions were compared with that of control group. Results Contrast with control group, the time of their lactation of foremilk is earlier, the quantity of lactation is greater, the time to anal exsuffiation is shorter. Conclusion Early interventions to parturient after cesarean section is propitious to their health recover and elevate the success rate of early breast feeding.
