PS2基因在乳腺癌中表达的临床意义

目的　探讨雌激素调节蛋白PS2 在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 4 8例人乳腺浸润性导管癌中PS2 进行检测 ,分析其与ER ,PR以及预后的关系。结果　PS2 与ER呈显著正相关。在ER(+)PR(+)的病人中 ,PS2 阳性率达 6 7 9% ,而在ER(- )PR(- )的病人中PS2 阳性率仅为 12 5 % ,二者相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。PS2 阳性表达与病人长生存期呈正相关 ,与腋窝淋巴结转移无相关性。结论　在预测乳腺癌抗雌激素治疗的效果时 ,PS2 要优于ER ,PR。同时PS2 阳性的乳腺癌患者预后较好 ,PS2 可作为预测乳腺癌患者生物学行为的指标之一

Clinical Significance of PS2 Gene Expression in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the extrogen regulated protein PS 2 expression in breast cancer. Methods To study the relationship of the PS 2 to ER PR and prognosis, 48 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue slide were stained and detected by S P immunohistochemical method with the monoclonal antibody of PS 2. Results The positive rate of PS 2 was 67.9% in the patients with ER(+), PR(+). And it was 12.5% with ER(-) and PR(-)( P <0.01). The PS 2 expression was positively correlative with the expression of the ER and survival time of patients. Conclusion PS 2 is better than ER, PR to predict the curative effect of anti extrogen and it may serve as a indicator to predict the biological behaviors of breast cancer patients. The progrosis of patients with PS expression will be better.
