摘    要:
 冠状静脉系统是心脏循环系统的重要组成部分,也是心脏介入治疗的通道和标志。多排螺旋CT (multi deterctor row helical CT,MDCT)作为冠状动脉疾患的无创性评价手段已经受到广泛的认可,随着技术的发展,对于冠状静脉系统的无创性评价,MDCT也逐渐开始得到应用。本文就MDCT在冠状静脉系统解剖结构的显示及相关疾病的诊断、心脏介入治疗中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:
Coronary venous system is an important part of the circulatory system and serves as a channel and mark for interventional cardiology.Multi detector row helical CT (MDCT) coronary angiography has been widely recognized as a noninvasive tool for assessing coronary artery diseases.With the development of technology,MDCT has been increasingly used to evaluate coronary venous system noninvasively.This review is aimed to summarized the use of MDCT in the display of the anatomy of the coronary venous system,the diagnosis of coronary venous related diseases,and the application in interventional cardiology.
