摘    要:促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞(Eph)受体是受体酪氨酸家族最大的亚群之一,Eph与其配体ephrin在胚胎发育、血管生成、细胞迁移和轴突导向等生理过程中发挥重要作用。Eph/ephrin双向信号通路可以和其他信号通路相互作用,导致Eph受体和ephrin配体在肿瘤中异常表达进而影响肿瘤恶性程度,但其不同的信号调节模式可能促进或者抑制肿瘤生长。Eph受体和ephrin配体的异常表达也被证明与肝细胞癌(HCC)生长、血管生成、迁移和侵袭密切相关。近年来关于Eph受体和ephrin配体的研究是一大热点,Eph基因有望成为HCC诊断、治疗和预后的新分子标志物。

Abstract:Erythropoietin producing hepatocellular (Eph) receptor is one of the largest subgroups of the receptor tyrosine family. Eph receptors and their ligands play important roles in embryonic development, angiogenesis, cell migration and axon guidance. Studies have shown that Eph receptors and ephrins are aberrantly expressed in tumors and can drastically affect malignancy through both bidirectional signaling and interplay with other signaling systems, and these different signaling modalities may promote or inhibit tumor growth. Abnormal expression of Eph receptors and ephrin ligands have also been shown to be closely related to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) growth, angiogenesis, migration and invasion, and may provide a new strategy for HCC targeted therapy.
