保留乳房的乳腺癌根治术治疗早期乳腺癌78例疗效观察

目的对保留乳房的乳腺癌根治术治疗早期乳腺癌进行临床疗效观察。方法收集我院2008年3月至2010年9月收治的早期乳腺癌患者78例,随机分为观察组（保乳手术治疗组）和对照组（改良根治术治疗组）,每组各39例,对两组的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间上的比较观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后随访3年,两组局部复发、远处转移发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者在乳房美容效果上观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组3年生存率均为100%。结论保乳术在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及美容效果等方面具备相对优势,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect observation of breast-conserving radical mastectomy for treatment of 78 cases of early-stage breast cancer

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of breast-conserving radical mastectomy for treatment of early-stage breast cancer. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with early-stage breast cancer were chosen and divided into 2 groups both with 39 cases according to different surgical methods. The treatment group was given breast-conserving radical mastectomy while the control group was given modified radical mastectomy. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in operation time,bleeding amount during operation and length of stay（ P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in local recurrence and distant metastasis 3 year after treatment（ P 0. 05）. The treatment group was superior to control group in cosmetic effect of breast（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Breast-conserving radical mastectomy has advantages in operation time,bleeding amount during operation,length of stay and cosmetic effect,so it is worth of being popularized in clinical application.
