多种轻比重溶液用于蛛网膜下腔阻滞(附797例总结分析)

目的 探讨不同种类局部麻醉剂，以轻比重溶液用于蛛网膜下腔阻滞的疗效。方法 采用1．5％奴夫卡因、0．1％丁卡因、1％利多卡因、0．2％布比卡因用于临床麻醉观察其效果。结果 771例麻醉满意．肌松良好，生理扰乱少，各溶液组麻醉发挥作用时间各有不同。结论 由于溶液浓度低，脊神经阻滞程度轻．不良反应及并发症发生率低。

Efficacy of Different Hypobaric Solutions for Subarachnoid Block

s] Objective To explore the efficacy of different local anesthetics (hypobaric solutions) for subarachnoid block. Methods 797 patients received anesthesia by treating with 1.5% novocaine, or 0.1% tetracaine, or 1% lidocaine, or 0.2% bupivacaine. The effect of clinical anesthesia was observed. Results Among 771 patients, the anesthetic effects of different hypobaric solutions were satisfactory, with good muscle relaxation and reduced physiologic disorder. The anesthetic durations of different hypobaric solutions were different. Conclusion The degree of spinal nerve block is light because the concentration of solution is low and the recurrence rate of adverse reaction and complication is low.
