| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of personalized family planning services in floating population.Methods Self-administered questionnaire survey and in-depth and group interview were conducted among migrant visitors of Shenzhen city center for family planning service.Among 548 participants,276 were collected ramdomly for basic intervention and 395 for overall intervention.Results The correct answer rate for all related questions increased from 60.9% to 82.2% after overall intervention with significant difference (P<0.05).The usage rate of contraceptive measures increased sigificantly among the participants after the intervention (P<0.05) and the satisfaction rate for medical service among the participants also increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized intervention can effectively improve family planning service quality and clients' satisfaction. |
