降钙素和癌胚抗原联合检测在甲状腺髓样癌诊治中的意义

目的:探讨降钙素和癌胚抗原联合检测在甲状腺髓样癌(medullary carcinoma of thyroid,MCT)诊治中的意义。方法:选择23例MCT患者和50例健康体检者,用化学发光法检测血清降钙素和癌胚抗原水平。结果:MCT患者血清降钙素([121.4±23.5)pg/ml]和癌胚抗原([15.1±4.1)ng/ml]水平高于对照组(P<0.01);MCT患者术后降钙素和癌胚抗原水平降低(P<0.01),肿瘤复发时两者再次升高(P<0.01)。降钙素和癌胚抗原联合检测诊断MCT的特异性为90.0%,敏感性为95.7%,明显高于两者单独检测(P<0.01)。结论:MCT患者血清降钙素和癌胚抗原水平升高,两者联合检测能提高MCT诊断的敏感性。

The value of combined detection of calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen in diagnosis and treatment of medullary carcinoma of thyroid

Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of calcitonin(CT) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in the diagnosis and treatment of medullary carcinoma of thyroid(MCT).Methods: Levels of CT and CEA were detected in 23 MCT cases and 50 healthy controls by chemiluminescence method.Results: Levels of CT [(121.4 ± 23.5) pg/ml] and CEA [(15.1 ± 4.1) ng/ml] in patients with MCT were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Levels of CT and CEA after surgery were much lower than those before operation(P<0.01).Levels of CT and CEA rose again when tumor recurrence(P<0.01).The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of CT and CEA in diagnosis of MCT were 90.0% and 95.7%,significantly higher than single testing of CT or CEA(P<0.01).Conclusion: Serum CT and CEA increased in patients with MCT.Combined detection of CT and CEA can improve the diagnosis sensitivity of MCT.
