帕罗西汀联合心理治疗焦虑障碍临床分析

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合心理治疗焦虑障碍的疗效、安全性、社会功能及生活满意度。方法将250例焦虑障碍患者随机分为帕罗西汀联合心理治疗组（甲组）和单用帕罗西汀治疗组（乙组）各125例,并对两组结果进行对照研究,疗程8周;采用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、药物副作用量表（TESS）评定疗效和副作用,功能大体评定量表（GAF）、生活满意度量表（LSR）评定社会功能和生活满意度。结果甲组抗焦虑起效、抗焦虑疗效均优于乙组。结论帕罗西汀联合心理治疗焦虑障碍起效快,疗效显著,安全性好,依从性好,并且社会功能和生活满意度均有明显改善。

Paroxetin plus psychotherapy for treatment of anxiety

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy,safety,social function and life satisfaction of paroxetin plus psychotherapy in the treatment of anxiety.Methods250 patients were randomly assigned into the paroxetin plus psychotherapy group(n=125) and single paroxetin group(n=125) and received 8 weeks of treatment.The efficacy was assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS),Global Assessment Function Scale(GAF),and Life Satisfaction Rating Scale(LSR).ResultsCompared with single paroxetin group,paroxetin plus psychotherapy group took anti-anxiety effects more quickly(P<0.05 or <0.01),and anti-anxiety efficacy was better(P<0.05).ConclusionParoxetin plus psychotherapy is proved having the advantages of taking effect quickly,marked efficacy,high safety and well compliance in the treatment of anxiety.It can notably improve social function and life satisfaction rating of the patients.
