耳穴贴压治疗经前期紧张综合征临床研究

目的：观察耳穴贴压治疗经前期紧张综合征的疗效。方法：将63例经前期紧张综合征患者随机分为耳压组，中成药组及西药组，根据辨证给予耳压，中成药及西药治疗，比较3组疗效、植物神经平衡指数及血清内分泌激素的变化。结果：耳压组显效率43．75％，总有效率100．00％，中成药组显效率13．33％，总有效率73．33％，西药组显效率6．25％，总有效率68．75％。3组显著效率、总有效率比较差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：耳穴贴压对神经内分泌系统起整体调节作用，治疗经前期紧张综合征安全有效。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Premenstrual Tension Syndrome with Auricular Point Sticking

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect o f auricular point sticking on premenstrual tension syndrome. Methods Sixty-three cases of premenstrual tension syndrome were randomly d ivided into auricular point sticking group, Chinese patent medicine group and we stern medicine group, who were treated respectively with auricular point stickin g,Chinese patent medicine and western medicine based on differentiation of sympt oms and signs. The changes of therapeutic effects, balance indexes of vegetative nerve and serum hormones were compared among the 3 groups. Results The markedly effective rate and the effective rate were 43.75% and 1 00.00% in the auricular point sticking group, 13.33% and 73.33% in the Chines e patent medicine group, and 6.25 % and 68.75% in the western medicine group, r espectively. There were significant differences in the markedly effective rate a nd the total effective rate among the 3 groups(P<0.05). Conc lusion Auricular point sticking has a whole regulativ e action on neuroendocrine system, and is safe and effective in treatment of pre menstrual tension syndrome.
