| 茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的临床效果。方法将在我院治疗的慢性肺心病患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗措施，观察组在对照组的基础上给予茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗。结果两组治疗后PEF均明显优于治疗前，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组PEF明显优于对照组，两纽比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为97．14％，对照组为74．29％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论茶碱缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺心病的疗效显著，值得应用。 |
