枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁三联与奥美拉唑三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的研究

目的 观察枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁三联疗法对根除幽门螺杆菌的效果,并通过与奥美拉唑三联疗法对照研究评价不同方案的疗效及其安全性。方法 65例经胃镜证实的幽门螺杆菌阳性伴有明显异常的慢性胃炎患者,随机分成枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁三联组(A组,枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁350 mg+阿莫西林1 g+甲硝唑400 mg,b id,疗程1周)、奥美拉唑三联组(B组,奥美拉唑20 mg+阿莫西林1 g+甲硝唑400 mg,b id,疗程1周)。疗程结束4周后复查幽门螺杆菌感染情况,观察幽门螺杆菌根除率、症状缓解率及不良反应等。结果A、B两组幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为84.8%和84.4%;两组疼痛缓解率分别为86.4%和82.6%。组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应率亦无差异。结论 枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁为主的三联疗法的幽门螺杆菌根除率与以奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法相当,不良反应相似。

Comparison of ranitidine bismuth citrate and omeprazole-based regimens in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To study the efficacies of ranitidine bismuth citrate(RBC)-based triple therapy with omeprazole-based triple therapies in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) for one week.To evaluate the safety of the all therapies.Methods 65 patients with Hp-positive gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy were randomized to received one of the following regimens for 7 days: group A,RBC 350 mg,amoxicillin 1 g,metronidazole 400 mg and group B,omeprazole 20 mg amoxicillin 1g,metronidazole 400 mg(all given twice daily for one week).Four weeks after finishing medication,13Curea breath test were performed.Results The Hp eradication rates of the group A and group B were 84.8% and 84.4% respectively(P>0.05).The pain-relieving rates of two groups were 86.4% and 82.6%(P>0.05).The side effects were mild in both groups.Conclusion The RBC-based regimen is effective and well tolerated for the eradication of Hp.The efficacies of Hp eradicating were similar among the two groups.
