| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了16例肺隔离症的影像学表现,可分四型:实块型、含气囊型、混合型和支气管炎型,以囊性病变最多见.讨论了本症的血流动力学改变以及诊断和鉴别诊断,指出对近横膈的胸内肿块CT 扫描应作增强薄层扫描,以发现异常血管.为了帮助确诊,应作血管造影.

| Abstract: | The images in 16 patients with pulmonary sequestration were reported. It was divided into four types:solid,air-containing cystic,mixed and bronchitis-like.Of them,cystic lesion was the most common type.The hemodynamic change,diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed.The authors pointed out that thin slice CT scan with contrast enhancement was necessary for finding abnormal vessel when intrathoracic mass was near the diaphragm and vertebral regions.Aortic angiography should be used for the fi- nal diagnosis. |
