摘    要:
本文报告厂吸入铀矿粉在大鼠肺内的滞留规律和生物效应的实验结果。在染尘实验开始后的第93、153、213、273和458天时,测定了大鼠肺内粉尘、总SiO_2、游离SiO_2、铀含量以及肺千重、肺胶原含量。同时观察了肺部的病理变化。根据观测结果拟出了滞留量q(t)方程,并计算出了几种物质的半廓清期(Tb)。且初步探讨了滞留量q(t)与积分滞留量Q(t)与生物效应的关系。

Abstract:
The retention pattern of inhaled uranium ore dust in rat lung and its bio-logical effects are reported in this paper.On day 93,153,213,273 and 458after the beginning of exposure to the dust,the amount of total quartz,freequartz,uranium,weight of dry lung and collagen in lung of the infested ratswere determined,and pathological changes were examined.According to theresult of the experiment,the exponential equation of retention q(t) was calcu-lated and biological half-life(Tb)was computed.In addition,the relation be-tween retention quantity q(t) and Q(t) and biological effects has also beenstudied.
