| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院患者家属的护理需求及满意度情况,并与护士的认同状况进行比较。方法采用整群抽样的方法选择样本,抽取北京市3所综合性医院的182名住院患者家属和213名护士进行调查。结果住院患者家属的需求广泛且需求程度较高,患者家属的需求排序与护理人员认可情况基本一致,而护理人员对家属需求的认同程度低于家属的评价。住院患者家属的总体满意度较高,而护理人员对家属满意度的认可程度低于家属的满意度。结论护士应正确评价患者家属的护理需求与满意度,以提高护理服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate family members' needs and satisfaction with nursing care,and compared with the recognition of nurses.Method Using the method of cluster sampling,182 family members and 213 nurses from 3 general hospitals were sampled and investigated with questionnaires.Results The family members had high and broad needs to nursing care.The ranking of needs was accordant with nurses recognition,while nurses rated lower degree of needs than family members.Regarding the satisfaction,the general satisfaction of family members was high,while nurses rated lower level of satisfaction than family members.Conclusion Nurses should correctly evaluate family members' needs and satisfaction with nursing care,so as to improve the quality of nursing. |
