| 摘 要： | 本资料用ＡＣＥＩ－Ｃａｐｔｏｐｒｉｌ与Ｄｉｇｏｘｉｎ合用治疗充血性心力衰竭２０例。临床疗效满意。心功能由Ⅲ－Ⅳ级改善为Ⅱ－Ⅲ级。ＳＶ增加２５％；ＣＯ增加３５％；ＴＰＲ降低２９％；ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＰ的比值缩短。

| Abstract: | The effects of ACEI-Captopril combined with Digoxin in 20 patients with congestive heart failure were observed, The clinical effects were satisfactory. Cardiae function was improved from degree Ⅲ～Ⅳ to degree Ⅱ～Ⅲ. SV was increased by 25%, CO by 35%, and TPR was decreased by 29%.The value of PEP to LVEP was reduced. |
