| 摘 要： | 目的用正交法优选复方降脂口服液的最佳工艺条件。方法以决明子中蒽醌及浸出物的含量为指标,应用L9(34)正交试验法。结果最佳提取条件为:加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论优选工艺验证表明,最佳提取工艺为A2B2C3。说明优选工艺稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To design the optimum preparing techniques of Fufang Jiangzhi Oral Solution. Method Apply orthogonal test using the content of anthraquinone and extracts as indexes. Results The optimum conditions is to put ten times of water and decoct three times, each being 1.5 h. Conclusions The best extraction should be A2B2C3. And the techniques is reliable. |
