基于ArcGIS和Maxent的栀子生态适宜性研究

摘    要:应用ArcGIS和Maxent模型分析栀子在全国的生态适宜性。以85批栀子药材为分析基点,选取适合栀子生长的生态因子。研究结果表明4月均降水量、11月均降水量和8月均温度等是影响栀子的生长最关键的生态因子,栀子适宜生长区域相对集中,北至陕西南部、河南南部、安徽中部,南至海南省北部,西至四川省中部,东至浙江沿海地区、台湾东北部。

Abstract:The application of ArcGIS and Maxent modelto analyze the ecological suitability of Gardenia jasminoides.Taking 85 batches of Gardenia as the basis of analysis, the selection of ecological factors for the growth of Gardenia. The results showed that the average precipitation in April, the average precipitation in November and the average precipitation in August were the most important factors affecting the growth of Gardenia. The relative concentration of Gardenia suitable growth region,north to the south of Shaanxi province, south of Henan, central Anhui, south to the north of Hainan province, west to central Sichuan province, east of Zhejiang coastal area, northeast of Taiwan.
