摘    要:
目的探讨旋转脉动磁场对兔正畸牙齿移动速度与牙周组织形态变化的影响。方法选用60只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组、对照组。2%戊巴妥钠麻醉下于兔下切牙间放置不锈钢推簧,施力40g,实验组加力加旋磁、对照组只加力。分别于加力1、3、5、7、14和21d记录二组动物牙齿移动距离,组织HE染色后,观察牙周组织形态的改变。结果实验组兔牙齿移动距离明显大于对照组(P〈0.01);光镜下组织学观察,实验组从第3天起直至实验结束,其牙周膜的血管化反应,破骨和成骨活动均较对照组明显。结论旋转脉动磁场促进了兔实验性牙齿移动的速度和骨改建,为临床应用提供了实验依据。

Abstract:
[Objective] To search the effects of rotating pulsed magnetic field on the orthodontic tooth movement and periodontal ligament in rabbits. [Methods] 60 white rabbits were chosen and randomized into blank control group, experimental group and control group. After anesthesia with 2% pentobaritone sodium, orthodontic appliances consisting of a coil spring were fixed between the lower incisors. The force experted at the time of insertion was approximately 40 g. The Experimental group was treated by rotating pulsed magnetic field and the force, the control group was only treated by the force. The application of mesial force lasted 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21 days respectively, the distance of teeth movement was measured. Through HE staining, the histomorphological character of tissue around incisor was observed with a light microscope. [Results] The distance of teeth movement in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P <0.01). Through histological observation under a light microscope, from the third day to the end, the reaction of vessel, osteoclasts and osteoblasts in the experimental group remained more active than that of control group. [Conclusion] The rotating magnetic field promote tooth movement and remodeling of alveolar bone. The experiment will provide an experimental basis for clinical practice.
