大鼠磨牙实验性牙髓炎动物模型的建立

摘    要:目的:探讨建立实验性牙髓炎动物模型的具体实验方法。方法:选用32只雄性Wistar大鼠,每只鼠均分为实验组及对照组,实验组牙髓暴露后用内毒素(LPS)处理,而对照组则用生理盐水(NS)处理,分别于术后1,3,5,7d和2,3,4,5周处死动物,获取下颌骨及牙齿标本,经固定、脱钙后作5μm厚的连续切片,HE染色后光镜观察。结果:LPS处理组牙髓组织发生典型的炎症变化。结论:LPS法诱导大鼠实验性牙髓炎简便可行。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the method of establishing an experimental model of rat molars pulpitis induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Method:Thirty-two male,Wistar rats were used.The teeth in each rat were divided equally into experimental and control groups,and treated with LPS and 0.9%NS,respectively.The rats were sacrificed at 1,3,5,7 days,2,3,4,and 5 weeks.The mandible and teeth of each animal were fixed,decalcified,embedded in paraffin,and sectioned serially.The sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and examined under a light microscope.Result:The typical pulpitis was observed in experimental groups.Conclusion:The method to establish a rat pulpitis induced by LPS was feasible.
