摘    要:目的 :建立兔脑内血肿动物模型。方法 :家兔 16只平均分为 2组。采用二次注血法 ,首次注血 0 2ml,30min后注入其余血量 ,2组分别于 1d和 2d断头处死。用CT观察血肿形态并行病理检查。结果 :2组血肿体积及形态相对一致 ,能有效避免自体血从针孔溢出。结论 :以自体血并采用二次注血法制作的脑内血肿动物模型操作简单 ,准确可靠

Abstract:Aim: To establish the rabbit model of intracerebral hematoma. Methods: The method of double injection of self body blood was used.The first volume was 0.2 ml and the rest was injected after 30 min.The morphology of intracerebral hematoma was observed by computed tomography. Results: The method of double injection could effectively avoid self body blood overflowing from puncture pinhole .The size and morphology of intracerebral hematoma in 2 groups were relatively consistent. Conclusion: Using double injection to make intracerebral hematoma model is simple,convenient and reliable.
