严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤的救治效果观察

目的：研究严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤的临床抢救与治疗模式。方法：严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤患者分为三组，对照组A第一时间吸氧并控制吸氧量，根据病情展开抢救并合理应用呼吸机；对照组B接诊后观察病情，判断呼吸状态后展开急救；观察组在对照组基础上加用接诊处理；比较三组疗效及生存评分。结果：观察组治愈率及死亡率均显著优于对照组A及对照组B（P〈0.05）；观察组生存患者Fugl-Meyer及Barthel评分均显著高于对照组A及对照组B的生存患者（P〈0.05）。结论：临床救治严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤患者应注重及时性与准确性，在保障患者正常呼吸的前提下针对性急救。

Efficacy Observation on Remedy of Severe and Compound Thoracic Trauma

Objective：To study the clinical salvage and treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma. Methods：Patients were divided into three groups, control group A firstly treated with oxygen and controlled the amount of oxygen, based on the condition rescued and reasonably applied venti-lator;control group B observed the condition after reception, started first-aid after judging the breathing state;based on control group observation group added reception processing;the curative effect and survival score of three groups were compared. Results：The cure rate and mortality of obser-vation group were significantly better than those of control group A and B （P〈0.05）;Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores of survived patients of observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of control group A and B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma should be in time and accurate, with first-aid under the premise of ensuring patients breathe normally.
