摘    要:目的:研究严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤的临床抢救与治疗模式。方法:严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤患者分为三组,对照组A第一时间吸氧并控制吸氧量,根据病情展开抢救并合理应用呼吸机;对照组B接诊后观察病情,判断呼吸状态后展开急救;观察组在对照组基础上加用接诊处理;比较三组疗效及生存评分。结果:观察组治愈率及死亡率均显著优于对照组A及对照组B(P〈0.05);观察组生存患者Fugl-Meyer及Barthel评分均显著高于对照组A及对照组B的生存患者(P〈0.05)。结论:临床救治严重胸部外伤和复合性外伤患者应注重及时性与准确性,在保障患者正常呼吸的前提下针对性急救。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical salvage and treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma. Methods:Patients were divided into three groups, control group A firstly treated with oxygen and controlled the amount of oxygen, based on the condition rescued and reasonably applied venti-lator;control group B observed the condition after reception, started first-aid after judging the breathing state;based on control group observation group added reception processing;the curative effect and survival score of three groups were compared. Results:The cure rate and mortality of obser-vation group were significantly better than those of control group A and B (P〈0.05);Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores of survived patients of observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of control group A and B (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Clinical treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma should be in time and accurate, with first-aid under the premise of ensuring patients breathe normally.
