| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气化痰中药配合低频电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法：23例卒中后吞咽障碍患者均给予益气化痰中药内服配合咽颈部低频电刺激治疗，3周后结合洼田吞咽能力评定法进行疗效评定。结果：治愈3例，显效10例，好转7例，无效3例，总有效率为86.96%。结论：益气化痰中药配合低频电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍疗效显著。 |

Efficacy Observation on Tonify Qi and Resolve Phlegm Herbs Combined with Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation for Dysphagia after Stroke |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation for dysphagia after stroke. Methods：23 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were all treated by orally taking tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation, and evaluated the efficacy with Kuboda swallowing ability evaluation after 3 weeks. Results：3 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective,7 cases improved, 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 86.96%. Conclusion：The treatment of tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation has significant curative effect on dysphagia after stroke. |
